Since 2001, Site Compliance Services (SCS) has been performing the following services for our clients:

• Search Ring Analysis for new proposed antenna structures
• Preliminary Airport Evaluations to determine FAA notice criteria and air navigation impact
• Application to the FAA for Initial Construction (Form 7460-1)
• Application to the FCC for an FRN (Federal Registration Number) and password
• Application to the FCC (ASR) for Initial Construction permitting (Form 854)
• Order FCC ASR Sign to be posted at construction site
• FAA Supplemental Notice application (Form 7460-2, Part I and Part II) for construction completion
• FCC ASR "NT" for construction completion (Form 854R)

Our wireless history actually dates back to 1995 as part of the cellular buildout.  We filed new FCC cellular, microwave, and Phase II cellular area impact applications, coordinated frequencies with adjoining markets, and created RF coverage maps.  In 1999, we began the buildout of PCS (Personal Cellular Service) and for five years, we coordinated 911/E-911 Phase I and Phase II for Sprint Nextel and two of their Affiliates.  Many of our skills were acquired through employment with various Wireless companies.  However, in 2001, as the need for our specialized expertise expanded, SCS began providing wireless consulting services for various wireless clients.
